Our client is a growing software company specializing in cloud solutions. They are looking to expand their client base and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Strategic Accounts to lead their efforts in building and nurturing relationships with key clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute account plans and strategies for each strategic client, aligning their needs with our software development solutions.

​

  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Translate these insights into actionable development projects.

​

  • Solution Presentation: Present tailored software development proposals and solutions to clients, addressing their specific pain points and opportunities.

​

  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for expanding our services within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to capitalize on these opportunities.

​

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

​

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

​

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients within the company, communicating their needs and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

​

  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Regularly report on progress to senior management.

​

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the software development, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent client messaging.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

​

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in a software development or IT services context.

​

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends.

​

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

​

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

​

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

​

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.

​

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

​

  • Technical background or experience is a plus.
