What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the frontend engineering team, setting best practices, coding standards, and architectural direction.

Frontend Development: Lead the development of high-quality and performant frontend code for our gaming platform, ensuring exceptional user experiences.

UI/UX Design Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and engaging user interfaces.

Architecture and Scalability: Design and implement frontend architecture that is scalable, maintainable, and adaptable to evolving gaming requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to deliver smooth gaming experiences.

Quality Assurance: Implement testing processes and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure a bug-free gaming experience.

Who You are

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in frontend engineering, including substantial experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with WebGL and game development libraries or frameworks is a plus.

Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing frontend engineering teams.

Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
