What You’ll Do

HR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR and people operations strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and growth objectives.

Policy Implementation: Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and consistency.

Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and support for employees. Manage payroll processes, including timekeeping, compensation, and payroll reporting.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, including managing audits and compliance initiatives.

HR Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and report on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

Employee Relations Support: Assist in addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR operations team, fostering their growth and development.

Who You are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).

Proven experience in HR operations leadership roles, preferably in the software or tech industry.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll and HRIS.
