What You’ll Do

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to align financial goals with overall business strategy.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and forecasts.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. Oversee the maintenance of accurate and complete financial records.

Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and other external partners.

Cash Management: Optimize cash flow by monitoring and managing working capital, credit, and investments.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial and accounting processes, systems, and controls.

Who You are

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
